Leadership Essentials for Managers

In this Leadership Essentials course, you will learn how to establish direction for your team and to influence and align them toward the company's goals, motivating and committing them to action and making them responsible for their performance. 

On Day One of the class, we learn Time Management. You will learn the process of organizing and planning how to divide your time between specific activities enabling you to work smarter so you get more done in less time. Managing your time improves your effectiveness and reduces stress. 

Day Two is devoted to Interpersonal Communication Skills. You will learn how to communicate effectively with your team to motivate them to do what needs to be done without them being made to feel they are being forced to do it. You will learn listening skills and how to ask questions to get to the root cause of a problem. 

Days Three and Four are devoted to Leadership Skills. You will learn motivational and influencing techniques to get the most from your team, how to lead by example, and how to set goals.
